Yoga plus plus! Great teaching, thanks Michelle
I've been practising yoga with Michelle for five years now. She is always ready to help, to adjust her classes to suit your needs, especially the little ailments that life sends you as you go along. She has been an excellent teacher, constantly aware of each of us in the class, dealing with any problems with care and consideration, and generally keeping our well-being as the priority.
