Scaravelli inspired Yoga & Embodied Movement in Brighton & Online

I have been teaching yoga in Brighton and Hove since 2002. Throughout this time I have run regular weekly yoga classes, workshops, holidays and occasional retreats. I have also taught in corporate environments, at festivals, and at students’ houses for small groups or individual sessions.

If you would like to practice yoga with me in a class or book a bespoke individual yoga session, please email or call, I’d love to hear from you.

Tuesday Yoga on Zoom

Tuesday mornings yoga class online. I have been running this class for many years and moved from the studio to Zoom during the Pandemic. The class has remained online as many students reported that they were able to go deeper into their bodies and let go more easily at home. More suitable for those who have done yoga before, but open to all.

At this friendly and welcoming small group class you will refine your sensitivity to movement, and develop your curiosity for playful enquiry which in turn will lead to greater awareness of and compassion for your body.

“Our teaching springs from our own practice; when something becomes clear in our own bodies, there is no analysis, only attention. From our practice, we can see and feel into another’s body and guide them intuitively.”
